And happy Thankful Thursday!
This week, I’m thankful for…
- Early mornings this summer. It’s hard to get up when the schedule is “on summer mode.” But taking the space for myself before the world wakes up is my anchor in the crazy.
- Legs. They’ve been protesting thanks to lifting weights more. I’m grateful that they carry me. And that I have the chance to make them stronger and more mobile.
- Walks in the woods. The Japanese call this “forest bathing.” I call it feeding the soul. I’ve found nothing better for my well-being than a quiet stroll among nature.
