Good morning. I’ve been thinking about the power of what’s inside us.
Because eventually, life squeezes all of us. Busy mornings. Holiday prep. Mental clutter. Unexpected stress. And whatever’s been sitting beneath the surface? That’s what spills out.
This week is about filling yourself (and your family) with things that actually last. More intention. Less noise.
It all starts within. What’s inside is up to you.
These Turn a Simple Tradition Into Laughter, Surprises, & Unforgettable Spring Memories
What if this year’s hunt was something they talked about for months?

Easter baskets don’t have to be packed with candy to be unforgettable ⬇️
These Are Way More Exciting!
Note: The items on these lists aren’t meant to be only for girls or boys. I love getting ideas from both articles for my kids, regardless of gender. They are only separated because so many people (including myself) often search specifically for boy or girl items.

The Orange Squeeze: Get Honest & Correct
One time, when giving a talk, renowned author Wayne Dyer brought an orange with him to the stage. He then asked a 12-year-old in the front row,
“If I were to squeeze this orange as hard as I could, what would come out?”
The boy looked at him like he was crazy and said, “Juice, of course.”
“Why? Why, when you squeeze an orange, does orange juice come out?”
“Well, it’s an orange, and that’s what’s inside.”
Dyer nodded and then said
“Let’s assume that this orange is you. And someone squeezes you, puts pressure on you, or offends you.
It’s one of the great lessons of life. It doesn’t matter who does the squeezing–your mother, your brother, your children, your boss, the government.
If someone says something about you that you don’t like, what comes out of you is what’s inside. And what’s inside is up to you. It’s your choice.”
So, what’s coming out of you lately? Love?
If not, it’s a sign that something is off. It’s time to re-balance. It’s time for self-care. So that the next time you get squeezed, you can react the way you want to.
How can you be proactive instead of reactive today?
