I had previously worked with Siddharth and Amey, so there was already comfort and familiarity. Working with Sachin Khedekar was particularly enriching. We’ve grown up watching him, so sharing screen space with him was a learning experience. Overall, the entire cast shares a genuine love for cinema, and that naturally translates into strong on-screen chemistry.
Now that the film is premiering digitally on Marathi ZEE5, how do you think the narrative will resonate differently with audiences watching it at home, perhaps with their own families?
I’m very proud that the film received such love during its theatrical run. With its premiere on ZEE5, the film now gets a second life. Families can watch it together during movie nights, and audiences across countries will also get access to the story. Digital platforms truly help meaningful cinema reach a much wider audience.
