Among the projects he produced were Ivargal Varungala Thoongal (1987), Manasukul Mathappu (1988), Nalaya Manithan (1989), Adhisaya Manithan (1990), and Witness (1995).

Apart from production, Srinivasan also explored filmmaking as a director. One of his notable directorial works was the horror film Jenma Natchathiram (1991), for which he also composed the music. The film was an adaptation of the Hollywood classic The Omen (1976) and gained recognition among fans of the horror genre at the time.

Srinivasan also collaborated in music under the duo Premi-Srini, contributing to the soundtracks of films associated with their projects. His involvement in cinema extended to acting as well.
