Good morning. Sometimes we assume the fun years are behind us. Teens are “too cool.” Holidays are “too busy.” Everyone’s “too tired.”
But almost everything works again if you give yourself more space — including traditions, connection… and us.
You don’t need more on your plate. You might just need to unplug. And reset.

And happy Thankful Thursday!
This week, I’m thankful for…
- Your thoughts. I have received the sweetest comments lately (see the bottom of this email for a few examples.) And I just wanted to say THANK YOU. Every single comment and share makes my day. This community is truly unparalleled. And I’m so grateful to serve you as we all connect more deeply and laugh more.
- Sunday morning coffee with my hubby. We’re bringing back an old ritual of sitting in bed with coffee together before the kids get up. It’s one of my favorite “stolen” moments with him.
- The Winter Olympics. It’s over now, but I’ve been reflecting on how much my family enjoyed it. We all got to experience sports we rarely see, be inspired by extraordinary athletes, and turn into raving fans while watching the hockey game at the end.
