They’re customizable, budget-friendly, and take just 10 minutes to prep. Pack them into a bento box for an easy grab-and-go meal that everyone will love.

Tips for Success

  • Pre-portion ingredients into silicone muffin cups to keep everything neat in lunchboxes.
  • Use leak-proof containers for sauce to prevent spills.
  • Prep ahead: Make several lunch kits at once for the week—store in the fridge up to 3 days.

Variations & Substitutions

  • Bread Base: Swap mini naan for whole-wheat pita, English muffin halves, or mini bagels.
  • Sauce: Try pesto, marinara, or even BBQ sauce for a fun twist.
  • Cheese: Use cheddar, provolone, or dairy-free shreds for dietary needs.
  • Protein: Swap pepperoni for sliced turkey, ham, cooked chicken, or plant-based “pepperoni.”
  • Veggies: Add mushrooms, olives, spinach, or pineapple for extra nutrition.
