This week, I’m thankful for…
- Extra sleep. I used the long weekend to rest. I slept in and even took a nap. It felt DIVINE, and led to feeling so refreshed as I started the week.
- Family walks and bike rides in the woods. Two of my favorite things to do. It’s the sweet spot right now – when the kids’ activities have calmed, but it’s not too hot to get outside.
- Inspiration. A speech, an athletic event, a blog post, or a podcast. Motivation and insight are all around us.
It’s funny how everything on this week’s list is pretty much free. You don’t need fancy vacations or luxury items to feel abundant.
