Good morning. I’ve been thinking about the power of social media and how it influences how we feel about daily life.
Contrary to what you see, connection doesn’t have to be expensive, elaborate, or perfectly planned to matter.
Sometimes it looks like laughing so hard you can’t finish a sentence… or realizing you’ve been pouring love into everyone else and it’s time to refill yourself, too.
This week is a mix of playful fun and gentle self-love reminders. Because connection and joy only count if you include yourself in it.

The most popular Valentine’s Day activity is…..?
Find the answer (#7) on the post Valentine’s Day Trivia
When my first child was a baby, I was unprepared. I cried, wondering how I was supposed to take care of myself while keeping a tiny person alive. Of course, it didn’t stop me from having more beautiful babies. But I’ve learned (the hard way) that no matter how tough things seem, it’s still important to nurture yourself too. And this, I believe, is the unique challenge of women.
We are born caregivers to others, and we give it our all. But is it possible to still give to yourself? Even with family and work? Yes.
And we can push ourselves to be better, even on tough days. Meanwhile, through the triumphs and failures, we’re showing what it means to live for our families, our mission, and for ourselves. And THAT is hugely important.
So don’t miss this week’s challenge ⬇️
