A self-declared perfumista, my collection is now rivalling my jewellery assemblage (much to my husband’s disbelief), and my new favourite is this divine floral musky parfum from Miller Harris titled Melody.

With natural rose, balmy white musk and deep warm notes of cashmere and vanilla, this is a fragrance which feels empowering but not overpowering, distinctive and timeless too (several friends have asked me what I was wearing just this last week) and it really lasts. The elusive parfum with staying power is here!

This is a signature scent you will wear with pride. The angular bottle is prominent, bold and classic, the captivatingly designed packaging impossible to discard and recycle. A substantial size and weight, the 100 ml perfume will undoubtedly ‘pretty up’ your dressing table!

A fittingly melodic blend of refreshing and crisp blackcurrant and rich bergamot, followed by a song of cashmere, vanilla; lavender and cedarwood. This fragrance truly sings as its name suggests.

Being a Millenial, musk is a must in my book, proving to be both hypnotic and enduring.

Damask rose was thought to have originated in India and is now grown mainly in Turkey, Morocco and Bulgaria and adds some spicey sweetness with hints of honey and ripened fruit.

Stem accord, another note, evokes the fresh, green, and slightly earthy scent of plant stems, leaves and cut foliage making this a unisex fragrance in my book. An achingly delicious blend.
