This week, I’m thankful for…
- Monday with the kids. We ran in the rain, played some chess, and really soaked in the extra time off from school and work.
- A clean house. It only ever stays clean for 8.2 seconds. But it sure does feel good when it is.
- Good sleep. Sometimes my sleep is awesome. Other times, I’m up at 2 am doing a mind dump or deep breathing to quiet my chaotic brain. I’ve been working on my pre-sleep routine, and it’s giving me the gift of deeper sleep lately.
