Police have capped attendance at 4,900 participants, citing hot weather conditions and the venue’s proximity to the national highway. While the open ground on Anaicut Main Road reportedly has the capacity to host a much larger gathering, authorities restricted numbers to prevent congestion and ensure safety. Traffic regulations, particularly for heavy vehicles using service lanes along NH 48, are expected to be enforced during the event hours.
Entry to the venue has been limited strictly to authorised functionaries. Each participant has been issued an individual identity card embedded with a QR code, which will be scanned at entry points. Police sources indicated that around 20 conditions were laid down before permission was granted for the meeting. The public has been advised not to assemble at the site without valid passes.
